Upcoming workshops

Unfortunately Northcity4 will no longer be offering any jewellery making courses. After four and a half years of operating as a studio and school, the Northcity4 board has made the difficult decision to wind up our education program with the final classes finishing at the end of 2016 and the last workshop running over the Easter weekend 2017.

Changing Colours – Working with anodised aluminium and titanium with Meghan O’Rourke. Easter Weekend 2017, Sat 15 and Sun 16 April.

This workshop offers an introduction to the decorative colouring potential of anodised aluminium and titanium. Participants will primarily focus on experimenting with the colouring of anodised aluminium along with titanium through the production of a large range of test pieces from which several will then be turned into finished pieces of jewellery.

Interested in taking part in this intensive workshop. Is it a beginners level or more intermediate level? Are there still places remaining in this course?

    • Anna

      Hi Sonja,

Changing Colours is a beginner introduction to the colouring of metal, however, students are expected to have basic jewellery making skills such as cutting, filing and riveting. At this stage there is only one place left in the course.
