PROJECT SPACE
Within the NC4 studio space there are 4 short term workbenches with lockable drawers. This provides a great opportunity for makers/artists working on a specific project such as a grant outcome; postgraduate study, recent graduates, mentorship, internship or artist in residence (interstate or international) for a maximum of six months.
Rental $50 per week
Price includes GST and utilities such as gas (not bottled), electricity and water.
Project space tenants must supply their own hand tools.
NC4 can take no responsibility for project space tenants equipment and belongings.
Project tenants have the following facilities available to them:
• Access between 9am – 6pm daily
• Use of shared equipment
• Art & Sustainable resource library
• Communal area for research, meals and conversation
• Kitchen
• Workshop wet area
• Private office space for client consultations & meetings
All tenants are required to have their own public liability, product and contents insurance.
Northcity4 promotes sharing skills, community and sustainability, the studios also share the warehouse with an exciting teaching program running a range of classes for small groups.
